The following is info that vendors & wellness practitioners NEED to know so please READ it all!

Then submit your vendor application.

  1. To be complete, the entry form must be filled out in its entirety. Upon acceptance, the vendor coordinator will send an invoice for the deposit to be paid within 2 weeks. The booth is not guaranteed until the deposit in the amount of the booth fee is paid.
–If you are submitting a workshop/live art/performer proposal, we will contact you to let you know if your workshop is accepted and what your discount is!
  2. Camping space will be provided behind booth. If your camp & vehicles don’t fit behind the booth, an overflow camping area will be available in GA camping.
  3. Oversized vehicles and trailers will not fit in the vending area. If you plan to bring an RV/Bus or trailer longer than 12 ft, you must let us know, and you will need to park it in another area. If you need electricity for your oversized vehicle/trailer, you will need to purchase a camping electric site upgrade.
  4. Vendors requesting electric must bring a 50 ft. extension cord and power strip. One 20 amp outlet is provided. If you need additional 20 amps or a 30 or 50 amp, you must let us know and pay for additional electricity.
  5. All vendors must provide a canopy or other type of overhead cover. Vendors must provide their own table, background materials, and all other materials used to make an attractive booth display.
