Activities will be responsibly distanced & most will be outdoors. We are asking that you bring your own towel(s) & yoga mat. Please be mindful of one another & the community we are visiting.

Shenee Alexa
Shenee is a creator and visionary who’s life is dedicated to being in service to others. With a background in both the healing arts & permaculture design, she takes an integrative approach to wellness, encouraging clients to consider their physical, mental and emotional states, as well as the quality of their breath and their relationship to their environment. At the foundation of her teachings is breathwork as a tool for intentional lifestyle design. Shenee works with clients both virtually & in person through 1:1 sessions, programs, group workshops & immersive retreats.

Laura Lockton:
Laura’s lifelong journey exploring the connection between mind body and spirit began as a young dancer and gymnast. After studying many spiritualities, healing methods and body movement modalities, Laura has focused on yoga, aerial & flow arts, chakra balancing and energy healing. She has found that both for herself and others, body movement and performing arts have profound benefits beyond physical health. It is this holistic healing which creates joy, confidence and balance that fuels her passion for aerial arts and yoga.
Laura is An RYT200 yoga teacher, certified AIReal yoga teacher, experienced aerial-fire-dance performer / teacher and conscious event producer. In 2017, Laura founded ReKinection, a performance troupe and conscious event production company that is a collaboration of guides, performers, musicians and artists conspiring to inspire empowerment and embodiment.

To ensure the intimacy of the retreat, we are limiting space to 15 people. You can choose either a treehouse or elevated yurt at the treesort. Rooms will be shared with 2-4 people. Email shenee@inspirationactivation.life to let us know if you have a lodging preference.
About the Treehouse Resort:
Out’n’About is a truly unique place. Part of it’s uniqueness has to do with that it is a home grown and based business. There are no locks on the treehouse doors. It is a genuine 4- star Treesort catering to both the timid and adventurous, locals and travelers. The Treehouses are only part of the 36 private acres of pasture and woods, right next to Siskiyou National Forest land & old growth wilderness close by. We have a Morgan Horse breeding ranch along with our riding horse stable, two rocking horses, 4 dogs, & 1 cat usually running around the property. There’s also a natural swimming pool on site!

About Bandon, OR:
Bandon is known for its beaches and rock formations, including Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint. The Coquille River Lighthouse is on Coquille River’s north jetty at Bullards Beach State Park. The Bandon Cranberry Festival is celebrated every fall as the cranberry harvest begins.
